When I went to his office of Dr Vu. Just for consultation, they said they have a PROMO. That I need to sign in for a better discount that I need to pay right away. I sign for Blepharoplasty for upper eyelids.
Then after I pay Veronica the secretary offer me another Promo Discount for eyebrow lift that I need to pay right away. Last August 4, 2020 I have a Blepharoplasty done in his office. I’m NOT happy with the procedure. When I come back for Post off for suture removal I been waiting for 2 hours. I canceled my other procedure and I told Veronica that I need my money back that I pay in advance

At the recommendation of my daughter-in law and many other nurses in the San Joaquin area, I went to see Dr. Vu. I had breast augmentation, which was done in a very cutting edge way, by a very talented doctor who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, provides excellent follow up care and gives back to the community in a very profound way by helping the children at Shriners Children's Hospital. Horrible time management. Would have not mind waiting for 30 to 45 minutes , yet, Very disappointing that I waited over an hour and a half and I was more than ready to do the procedure. However, DR. VU HAD 2 Other PATIENTS To SEE before me..No way ,Jose... I would had to wait a few more hours in order to be seen by him. If I had waited for him to finish up the two patients before me, he would have finished with me At midnight!!! If he knows this has been a big problem for years I am surprised he can’t resove it.
