I’m so sad to give one star and to even go about giving a review in order to get someone from the clinic to call in refills for myself and my daughter. We had an amazing (5 star experience) for our infusions and treatment up until about 6 months ago. It was at that point that my daughter and I were both on maintenance dosages of our compounded medications after the infusions. All we need are refills. They are written every 3 months. The May refill request was a red flag and tough to get called in, so I planned ahead this time to make sure that I called with enough notice for the clinic to send

I am suffering from deep depression. It took a lot for me to seek help. After scheduling my first appointment online, I was not able to get a hold of anybody from the office to confirm my initial appointment and get my questions answered. I called 5 times and left 2 voice mails and they never got back to me. They do not seem to care about people who are suffering. I feel discouraged about seeking help because it hurts to feel ignored and abandoned when I finally had the courage to take a step forward for my mental health. This is a red flag. Talking about Ketamine Infusion is a lot like dancing about architecture. I mean, I guess it's possible, but at a certain point your going to reach a disconnect and you won't be able to see where the one started and the other stopped. This is also true with the nature of Ketamine Infusions. I can only speak from my own experience, but the catharsis felt while being administered, was such an entirely, deeply, personal event that the disconnect mentioned earlier between language, and experience, began to break down in ways I can't use language to explain. I was at a point, prior to receiving ketamine infusions, where I was losing hope that any treatment would provide relief from my bipolar.
After exhausting most traditional treatment options, I decided to receive a series of ketamine infusions. Ketamine has made a far more dramatic impact compared to the other treatments I had received. Along with a daily nasal spray and booster infusion treatments, I’m in a much more stable mood than before. Although not a cure-all, ketamine has proven to be a very effective tool in combating my bipolar type mood disorder.

Professional, kind and accommodating - the patient comes first. Nick truly cares for and is dedicated to helping his patients. Lisa has been so helpful in setting up appointments (helped me to set up my first appt. same day), and also truly cares about the patients coming in. I've recommended this office to so many already; if you're looking for help you should absolutely give them a call.

I have undergone different treatments in the past, but they all have failed in getting me where I need to be. Going to West Michigan Ketamine clinic was probably the best decision I've ever made for myself. The medical professionals there are all very thorough in my treatment, personable and kind. The treatment I've received there has greatly improved the overall quality of my life!

My wife and I have both been getting treatments and I have to say I feel incredible. I had lost my will to live and now my future looks bright and clear. We have done the depression and a pain session, my chronic pain is not gone but I'm not focused on it and have reduced the amount of pain medicine required to get through the day. I highly recommend this to anyone having problems with anxiety/depression or chronic pain. The staff is professional and the treatment center is clean and comfortable.

I have severe CRPS in both of my feet and ankles. I've undergone multiple series of ketamine infusions in an attempt to subdue the disease. Unfortunately, ketamine isn't a cure for me but it does provide relief for varying amounts of time.
