I was working with Bernard. Nice enough guy but I felt like he wasn't being proactive about the job. He was suppose to install flooring and I bought the materials. I noticed that he does not do the work but uses contractors and that's fine if you won't expect me to pay you some insane rate so you and your contractors can get a cut. My real complaint is that he wasn't handling anything himself and I bought the materials with the understanding he would be doing the work. When I asked him for a price he calls the person doing the work to get a price and I said it was too high. So he's no longer doing
