They were very professional and quick to come out to assess the damage and start cleanup. Steve and his partner were very knowledgeable and explained the entire process. They were friendly and arrived on time for every appointment. Mandy and Faith in the office were very responsive and helpful. They always got back to me if unable to answer when I called. Will update once repairs are completed.

Carl and his team were super easy to work with on my bathroom remediation/remodel. They did amazing work, and did so very quickly so we were not out of the bathroom long. His team was very respectful of our home, and the process was painless.
We are very thankful we went through serve pro for water remediation and the remodel, instead of trying to find a stand alone contractor. 10/10 would recommend Carl and his team again!

We had a leak in our laundry room. It poured down into our basement. They didn’t bother to rip up my floors are properly place fans. So our contractor needed to rip up the sub floor and replace it. They broke my garage door and took 3 weeks for them to come out to fix it. They didn’t run the hose to the dehumidifier out the garage which resulted in… the flooding of my basement. I have been back and forth waiting on what to do for 2 weeks at the point to where I needed to get this flooring replaced. My husband currently sleeps in the basement because he’s a night nurse and
