Jeuveau reduces the appearance of frown lines between your brows and the crow's feet lines that are usually seen in adults. Lauretta is the BEST! I am terrified to think about what my skin would look like without her treatments and expert guidance.
I have very acne prone and scarred skin, and though her variety of treatments (peels and Pixil laser) and products I have been able to clear my acne and have been seeing visible acne scar improvements! I am finally able to feel comfortable without make up which is something I never dreamed of. I recently started using her new product (Epicutis) for about 30 days and my skin has never looked and felt better! Leeanna also did a beautiful job on my Jeuveau!

I recommend the BeYOUtiful Skin Membership! It is great to try different things each visit and Lauretta will look at your skin each appointment to tailor the treatment to what your skin is in need of. With membership, you get a discount on injections (Botox, Fillers) too. I absolutely love the esthetician Lauretta, she is the best! I go every four weeks and my skin looks and feels so amazing.

I was hesitant about going in for an appointment due to the possible Covid exposure but my concerns quickly subsided. They took all precautions to ensure that everything was sanitized, my temp was taken before being brought back and everyone wore a mask.

I recently went to Endocrinology, Diabetes and Longevity Center of Arizona for a work up on my hormones and noticed they had an aesthetician and a Medspa! I had no idea. I have an issue with acne that flared up about a year ago and has not gotten any better no matter what. I had pixel laser treatment with the esthetician Lauretta a few months back and I absolutely loved the results. My dark spots faded completely and I saw a major improvement in the texture of my skin. It really helped diminish some old acne scarring that I had on my jawline as well.

I saw Lauretta Berchiatti (LE, CLT) at Scottsdale Ridge Medispa. She is amazing at what she does, very knowledgeable and informative. I am getting ready to see her again for my second treatment of the Pixel laser. I am extra excited because my before and after just from my first session are amazing. The current woman who does Botox is the best I've ever had, anywhere. She knows what she is doing and I hope they never lose her. They'd be making a huge mistake ever letting her go. The woman before her was stealing Botox. She would not inject me with the full amount and keep it for herself. I saw this on 3 occasions and thought I was seeing things. I am still angry about this and feel that I am owed a refund or Botox for what I paid for but never received. I like Scottsdale Ridge Medispa but realize their front office gets rather busy at times. They aren't always the warmest

I'm a regular here, I get facials, peels, and microdermabrasion frequently. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. They work with you to get the end results you want. My face has greatly improved in just a few months. They work with your schedule to make sure the appointment works with your time. I love medispa and would highly recommend them.

Avoid this place! I recently came in with a Groupon - I'm not sure if that gives you license to treat someone like garbage but I was. I don't use Groupon often but I use it as a means to find a service or business that I will use again. I will not use this business again. The front office staff is beyond unfriendly. Apparently they are more about repelling new clients then they are about attracting new clients. I felt very unwelcome when I walked in. My RN injector was pleasant but even when I complained to her about the front staff she pretty much shrugged it off as though she was used

Purchased a groupon and received very poor treatment and service by the office staff, aesthetician and spa manager. The front office people are rude and unfriendly, exhibiting irritation with questions or concerns, to the extent of ignoring the patient and making one feel unwelcome and unimportant.

Purchased a Groupon in September. Called during business hours the first time to leave an appointment hoping to get in, they never clled back. Called three other times to schedule an appointment. You CANNOT get an appointment that works any day but Monday and they better have their mornings booked if you want to get in before 11. I live 2 hours away, work full-time and they're never open after 5 or before noon to get in. All four times I have called, they could care less. First she(Janet Joselane) acknowledged that i have a very short forehead, she hardly could find any wrinkles in my forehead before i raised my eyebrows. I also emphasised that I don't like my eyebrows to raise, which results in an unnatural look. Despite all those i explained, she tried to convince me to buy more units, when I had the coniffidence that 20units is more than what i need for this small area to be treated. She tried over and over

Avoid this place like the plague! The practitioners at Scottsdale Ridge Medispa only know one way to administer Botox, and the management does not stand behind their services. I went in to Scottsdale Ridge Medispa at the 7344 E Deer Valley Rd., Suite 100 location, and the results were not at all what I requested.
I specifically told the technician what I wanted - she pretended to listen and assure me she understood and could do it - then she did something else!

I thought this place was fine! I, like some of the other reviewers, bought botox with a groupon coupon.(love saying that...) ANYWAY, the price was $99. Not bad at all and worth a try since I normally pay $300. It has been over a month and my face looks good, I did pay an extra $30 to get a little more, but still, the price can't be beat. I was treated great, people were friendly and Sara, the person who did the injection, was wonderful. She took time with me and we chatted about all things vain.

Ok, first this is not really a medispa...it's an Endocrinology office that has a few rooms in which they do cosmetic procedures. I bought a Groupon for Juvederm Ultra XC ($275) and had it done first week of July. At first it seemed great but within two weeks results dramatically faded (should last 6-8 months). I called in to speak with the supervisor (Jacqueline) and let her know I wasn't satisfied with the procedure and felt that maybe the product hadn't been administered correctly & she recommended I come in for a follow-up. Horrible. Got botox injections for my "11's" and it didnt do a thing. Went back for a check up and " in order to fix the problem" I would have to pay the full amount for the treatment...AGAIN. The explanation was that all injectors are different and even though the job might not have been done the way I wanted it...it WAS done. Prioe to this I had gone to Two drops of Beauty in Gilbert where they did a fantastic job and my 11's were gone for 3 months.

I have wonderful things to say about the women at Scottsdale Ridge Medispa, I had a great consultation followed by very painless Botox injections (shh...). It has been two weeks now and the results are wonderful, everything looks perfect and I plan on only using Scottsdale Ridge Medispa for all future skin treatments. There was no pressure to buy anything and everything was very professional, clean and classy just like a medispa should be.
