I’ve never been here before and I do not have a lot of experience when it’s coming down to waxing but I was super happy with the job hunter did, quick, painful (as expected lol) but doable! I will see you again in 5 weeks , not looking forward to the “pain& twitching” but for a nice grooming. Thank you for being awesome, reasonable price and having a clean and nice studio.

Wonderful place! This was my first time getting a Brazilian and upper leg waxing so naturally I was a little nervous. Courtney was so professional and made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in. She explained the procedure and even gave me the heads up on which areas would likely be the most painful/uncomfortable. It was not as painful as I was anticipating and she was so quick. I would 100% recommend this studio to anyone especially first timers. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience for me!

Just a caveat..l have never used this service...but those ladies I know who have speak very highly of this place. Prices are fair and staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. All types of hair removal available. Also do very good quality lash extensions. Worth checking out if you are looking for these types of services.

Been to this place twice. First time was great, the lady was nice and very professional. Second time was the worst experience of my life.. I have been getting waxed for years and have never had this terrible of an experience. My skin was completely beat up and was in pain for a couple days.. not to mention not even half of my hair was removed. I went in with my normal growth and her excuse was the hair was too short. I ended up going home and finishing the job no problem. The hair was NOT too short. I was very hopeful for this place, because i was able to get in within one days notice.

Greeted promptly & safely slightly early for appt. It was my friend and I's first time here. I had my nose hair waxed for the very first time. I was quite nervous but it was literally painless! I was shocked & so relieved. Very professional, friendly & extremely clean. I will definitely go back. HUGE surprise at the front desk, my service was free of charge since it was my first visit!!! Despite some scheduling errors they sorted out my appointment quickly and courteously. Monica was a delight. Super professional and really kind service. Clean facility and safe environment. I will definitely be back.

I've been getting Brazilians from Courtney for the past year or so and the quality of them is so consistent! Waxcetera has also been very on top of Covid guidelines, it's always very clean and safe-feeling every time I'm there. I will continue to come and see Courtney for all my services!

I have gone twice now for a waxing service. I fine the ladies very professional and make you feel welcome. I would recommend this place to my family and friends,as well I will continue to book through them as they offer many services.

I'll first start by saying I'm picky about brows. Rachel completely put me at ease by asking what I wanted and took the time to understand my needs. This is different from so many estheticians who have a look in mind and don't listen to their clients. My brows look great and I'll be back.

I texted Rachel who was quick to respond and scheduled me the same day! She explained the process and had me sign some papers. She was honest with the reaction questions I had but made me feel comfortable.
The area was clean and followed COVID guidelines, which I appreciated. My eyes were closed most of the time so the music inside helped. The chemicals reminded me to when my mom used to perm her hair. I guess it was the same process but a different process with the lashes. The process took about 40 mins.
I absolutely loved the way it came out! I'd definitely go back and get them again.

I booked a wax with Rachel while I was in town. Booking an appointment was super easy and I was given a list of directions (new Covid policies) before my arrival.

The room itself was super clean and organized. Rachel was very professional and was really nice to talk to!

Rachel started using Mermaid wax and HOLY CRAP that wax is incredible. I have an aesthetician where I live that uses the same wax and let me tell you, it is a game changer!

I was in and out with my wax so quick and it was pretty painless (I got a Brazilian).

I would recommend Rachel to others and will be using her whenever

Rachel is honestly the best at what she does! I've been to multiple places here in AZ as well as CA and I've never had a painless wax like I had with Rachel! She is so happy and sweet and really knew how to calm me down when I was nervous.

Wonderful woman so lovely and kind. I would give 3.5 stars if I could. The issues is when I had second appt my hair came back very quickly indicating my hair broke instead of Being waxed from the root. I know this because I use to wax Brazilians for years. Sadly I didn't return. Maybe it was just an off day for her. We all have those. But I don't have the luxury of paying for a "hopefully successful" service.

Love her! Love this place! Waxes were not painful at all. Wish I didn't have to move back to CA for work. Her wax and technique is truly amazing. Great personality. No awkward moments. Will miss it here!

Rachel is an aesthetician who is truly at the top of her game- knowledgeable, personable and has a knack for recommending and using products that my skin LOVES. She will never sell you a product or service you don't need or won't be happy with- a rare and admirable quality in this industry. Her spotlessly clean studio is one I would feel comfortable receiving any service in. I've had two facials from her and she also gave me my first lash lift and I absolutely loved the results of all three services.

Im always scared of trying a new place especially for getting my eyebrows waxed but ive never had my eyebrows done so perfectly! I also got the Brazilian for the first time and she made the process so quick and painless. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and Rachel is so knowledgeable and friendly. I am not going anywhere else from now one.

Now, I Love Rachael even more. I just did the one shot lash lift! I love this even more than the lash and eyebrow tint, although I will still do the tints. In short, one shot lash lift plus eyebrow and eyelash tint equals I look like I have makeup on. Yahoo! Oh and the lash lift should last 2-3 months.

The next thing I'm trying is microdermabrasion. I can't wait to see how that turns out.
