Patrick is a Certified General Appraiser and has worked with Moore Real Estate Group since 2010. Industrial - Manufacturing and warehouse/distribution buildings, research & development facilities, warehouse/food processing buildings, business parks, industrial condominiums, and multi-building industrial properties.
We accept commercial assignments throughout Southern California and typically deliver reports within 2 to 4 weeks from engagement. Clients include commercial lenders and mortgage brokers, law firms, private estates, and property owners/developers. We are experienced in the valuation of existing and proposed construction.
Our communities are more connected than ever, and yet talking past each other has shown itself to be a poor substitute for the work required to alleviate extreme poverty and hopelessness in an uplifting and meaningful way. Had these folks do a real estate appraisal for a commercial building we were buying with a finance partner of Wells Fargo back in 2007. Actually hired them to help on another dev project, and ended up working on other projects together. Ethical, on time, thorough (very), and savvy on all things related to pricing and valuing all types of unique real estate projects from commercial warehouses to downtown restaurants and revitalization projects and strip malls. Highly recommend.

My first encounter with Matt was at Cal Poly Pomona as a student in his real estate appraisal course. Matt was an excellent instructor and was favored by the student body as one the best, if not THE BEST, real estate instructors. Matt took a "real world" approach to his instruction, providing examples based on some of his experiences as a working professional. When most professors were teaching out of a book, Matt was working hands on with students developing their skills with Excel and Google SketchUp. To this day, I still use the skills imparted unto to me by Matt.
