The Dental Discount Plan is for patients who don't have the benefit of dental insurance. Our plan cost is $129 per year for a single person or $229 for a family. The plan provides a 15% discount on all preventative or treatment services. This plan is great for our patients that must pay out of pocket and that need significant dental work.
The key to preventative dentistry is how well you take care of your teeth when you're not in the dental office! Knowing how to care for your teeth properly is the best way to prevent problems and keep a healthy mouth. At your regular preventative appointments you will be shown good brushing techniques and instructed on how to floss effectively.
You should floss to reduce the number of bacteria in your mouth. There are millions of these microscopic creatures feeding on food particles left on your teeth. These bacteria live in plaque which can be removed by flossing. Brushing your teeth gets rid of about half of the bacteria in your mouth. Flossing gets rid of the bacteria your toothbrush can't get to, the bacteria hiding in the tiny spaces between your teeth.

Dr. Anders is the best. I'm very satisfied with the services that was provided to me from her dentist office. The staff made me feel like family. I can once again smile. I broke my front teeth eating a piece of chicken and Dr. Anders restored my teeth together and I can not tell that it ever was broken. Amen and God bless you all. Happy Thanksgiving!

I love this place! I always dreaded the dentist, to the point where I had avoided going for ten years. Then a friend recommended this dentist, and I have been so impressed every time I go. They actually care about educating you about why dental care is important and about how to improve your dental practices. They are always kind and gentle with cleanings, and they are very consciencious of my financial limitations. 100% recommend them!!!

A few days after my regular dentist couldn't find the problem, I visited Dr Anders as an emergency client. She diagnosed the problem and got me on the road to recovery right away. I have been with her ever since, and recommend her to everyone. I've seen her partner, Dr Armisted several times too, and all of the staff there is friendly, gentle, and kind.

I was very disappointed in the billing practices at Anders Family Dentistry. I was told that if I paid in full, I'd receive a 10% discount. When I went to pay (about $1300 for deep cleaning under the gum line) the receptionist informed me that I'd only receive the discount for cash, debit or check payment. If this had been indicated up front, I would have had no problem planning on paying in one of those methods but because this was sprung on me at the last moment I was not given the discount. This was unethical and dishonest!

I am fairly new to asheville. I had a veneer that fell out and my smile was in bad shape, I needed a dentist.
I found Dr Anders practice and had a consultation.
Part of the visit was also to have the hygienist poke around my mouth to see how my dental health was....
Dr Anders evaluation was that I should have a deep cleaning in some areas....
and, that she felt my front 6 teeth should all be crowned...
That, she wanted to do all in ONE visit...
6 front teeth!
But when I realized that I had bigger issues, as I had all sorts of stuff going on in my mouth that needed attention, the cosmetic
