Camp MOE is a day camp for boys and girls 5 - 15 years old. Camp MOE is owned and operated by the Arc of Litchfield County, Inc. and is a camp for all children with and without special needs. Diversity and Respect are the backbone of Camp MOE. Camp is located on over 165 acres of beautiful woods in Litchfield County, Connecticut with miles of trails, a private pond, and lots of wildlife.

Moe's love of Camp, whether swimming, skateboarding, leading the camp in the morning cheer or just walking hand in hand with his counselor, was evident to all involved at the Camp. Moe's enthusiasm, love, and caring ways for others taught everyone whose life he touched so much. Camp Moe creates memorable outdoor experiences in Litchfield County, which is arguably one of the best Torrington CT things to do.

We would be happy to help you with any questions you have during registration, we would love to have your kids with us! We are proud to arrange an exciting interactive place for your child. Our mentors arrange multiple activity sessions, games, and other educational opportunities that your kids will appreciate.
Camp MOE offers financial aid through "camperships". Camperships are awarded on a first come, first served basis. Applications are evaluated by our Financial Aid Committee based on the information provided on the application. Awards are given in increments of 10%, 25%, 50% or 75% of the cost of tuition.
Camp MOE offers different levels of support for our campers with special needs. We want to make sure every camper has the absolute best experience at camp. To ensure this, we offer 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 support. To all of our first-year special need campers, we will arrange a meet and greet. This typically happens in May and families will meet with our camp director and a few members of our clinical team.
