Bruce Tucker, owner of Tuckers Carpet, started his company in 1997. He has since opened a beautiful showroom located off Maryland Ave. in Wilmington, DE for the last 6 years. We offer everything from flooring sales and flooring installation to repair services. Although Bruce no longer installs floor, he does do all of the estimating for all of our customers ensuring that everything goes off without a hitch.

After getting three estimates, we decided to hire Tuckers Carpet for their frankness, willingness to work with us and their itemized estimate which made it easy to see the cost of the entire project. Bruce, Terri and Jen made sure all our questions were answered and provided great feedback on the best course of action for our floor installation. The installers, Jason and Dylan, were hardworking, respectful of our property and their workmanship was excellent. I'll start by saying we had a wonderful experience with Tuckers. Excellent communication and all around customer service. I mainly communicated with Jennifer who was amazing with answering my inquiries before and after the install. The install team was polite and professional. I inquired about one of my thresholds being more flush after the install and Bruce was happy to come over and install some risers to help make the carpet look and feel better on the feet since our floorboards were low in that spot and against hardwood. Very nice job overall and i would definitely have them do more rooms in

Working with Bruce, Terri and Jen was fantastic throughout the entire process. Bruce was incredibly professional in presenting various solutions when he first came. He was amazingly patient as we kept changing our flooring plans. No hesitation on his part to come out to our house again to help revise what we were doing. Terri and Jen on the phone are as pleasant as can be. The finished product was great. I would not hesitate to recommend Tucker Carpet. In fact, I already have and the friends who used them were just as happy.

The service was awsome. Had entire house carpeted. Bruce made the experience less stessful than I was anticipating. The installers were punctual and respectful of our home. They took apart & put back all large pieces of furniture. The job was complete in 1.5 days. Will definitely recommend them. Great Job!
