Instead of traditional perchloroethylene (PERC) solvent we use organic solvents which are better for the environment and your clothes. We professionally preserve your wedding dress by removing stains (visible and invisible), wrapping it in acid free tissue paper, and resting it in a box.

I've been using Dry Cleaning Butler for almost 10 years and they are great! I cannot ever imagine having to drop off and pick up my own dry cleaning again. One time in 10 years they missed placed a shirt, right after notifying them it was found and delivered in the same day. Sometimes I miss getting my bag out on time, twice I called and he turned around to get my bag. They have great customer service!

I've been using Dry Cleaning Butler for over 10 years and have never had an issue with their service. They are always timely with pick-ups and drop-offs. I like the new text service where we let them know if there is anything for them to pick up. Pricing is reasonable and I also enjoy not having to drive to the cleaners any longer.

Great service and always prompt with pickup and delivery. They’re also flexible if you need something extra done in the middle of the week with a next day pickup. Quality has always been very good in terms of cleaning and pressing. I have all my dress shirts folded, for easy travel. Definitely recommend them.

Before I discovered Dry Cleaning Butler, either my dry cleaning was not ready when I went to pick it up or I'd get busy and my clothes would sit at the dry cleaner for several days past due the pickup date. One time my clothes were given to the wrong person and the dry cleaners didn't have a current phone number for that person. Since I've changed to Dry Cleaning Butler I can count on my cleaning being delivered the next day and I have never experienced any problems with my orders. I love the text the night before my pickup. It reminds me to get my cleaning ready. I am very pleased with the services

Dry Cleaning Butler provides a great service. They never miss a pick-up (they text you the night before to see if you need a pick-up) and then return your laundry the next day. The quality of the dry cleaning itself is great. You can send a photo of any special spots or needs and they take care of it.

I have been sending clothes to Dry Cleaning Butler for a decade. I can call for a special pickup or put my things out on my regular day. Their automated system reminds me the night before. So easy! I took a Men's suit coat to the tailor there last summer. They were obviously very busy but took the time to speak with me. I asked for a rush, since my son didn't let me know until the week he needed to wear the suit. They accommodated me and did a nicer job shortening the sleeves than I asked for.
