We have served the Boise area community for 40 years - first from our Boise store, and more recently, from our Meridian location as well. They always do a great job on clothes and I have taken my leather purse there twice and they did an excellent job on it both times. Just note, for leather goods, they do take a long time. That is the only area of improvement I could note. Other then that, quality work

I brought in a black sport jacket for dry cleaning and to remove a couple of stains that was on one of the sleeves. Perfectly clean and pressed the first time around when picked up. I also like their automated system of notifying you when items are ready for pick up.

The quality of this cleaning service is top-notch. However, I have been surprised at their prices in the past so when I took my king-size goose down comforter in last week I made sure to get a price quote as I was handing the comforter to the employee. She quoted me $47 for a queen and $54 for a king goose down comforter. I told her it was a king goose down and agreed to pay the $54. Upon picking up this item the following week the bill was $78. I tried to address this matter privately and internally but was informed that it was my misunderstanding and the price would remain $78. They are unwilling
