Called for an appointment to have a few spots checked on my legs and a full body scan . The office schedule worker after checking my info informed me that since I haven't been there in 5 years I am considering a new patient and I have to re-establish info with them .Also I would not be able to be seen till October ( 4 months) . I personally find it unfair that since someone has not had problems and is not using their services is considered a " New Patient" I had a great experience with Dr. Grey previously. I have no choice but I will have to find a new dermatologist.

A few days before I left for Italy for my dream wedding. I woke up with a HUGE ZIT on my forehead. I went to this practice and everyone was wonderful. Alicia Beck is awesome. One time, I had my kids with me flustered, as they ran a muck, the woman booking my appointment was so nice, telling me about her children and how fast it goes by.

I am so glad I found this office. I have a skin condition that reappears every summer and this was the first year I ended up here. Everyone I have interacted with from scheduling my first appointment to working with my provider, Alicia, has been so kind and helpful. They are efficient- my total time spent there is about thirty minutes, including sitting in the waiting room to the procedure Alicia preforms and scheduling a follow up.
