I found the office staff and assistant to be very pleasant and efficient. However I found the PA to be lacking, by me,concern for my questions and need for reassurance.Simply I felt put off by asking questions . I think patients, like myself, need tolerance to asking questions because they are a way for a patient to elevate their cancer fears.

What a waste of money. I saw the physicians assistant Greg Rau, and he was very unprofessional and insulting. I have been told by multiple dermatologists that I have hair casts. He tells me he doesn’t know what they are and then asks if theyre whats left over from lice. What? He kept insisting I had lice despite me dealing with this issue for 2 years and not a single live bug in existence, and despite me saying the condition gets worse with stress, anxiety, and bad diet. Not only that, but he took out his phone during the appointment to look up a lice product.
