Tim was great and professional. He listened very well to our issues and concerns and spent several hours with us talking, inspecting, educating and giving recommendations. We did not feel rushed to get through the process either. He also understands CIRS patients sensitivities. We would highly recommend him.

Tim was highly recommended by a doctor, specializing in mold. I called Tim and talked with him for approx 35 minutes. He was very thorough and explained what I needed to look for, he provided clear next steps, and how to take care of it in the most inexpensive way. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and is not out to steal from folks. He has a high level of integrity and is very honest.

I'm very late in submitting this review, but Tim Taylor did an incredible job testing my apartment for mold. I was so sick from contamination that I couldn't even physically be in my apartment during the inspection. He coordinated with me to get a key and give access to a partner who inspected my HVAC. They found copious mold in both places. Thanks to their diligence, persistence, precision, and detail, I was able to get out of my lease and secure a judgment to compensate damages to my body and property.
