I gifted my mom with a $100 gift certificate; I called the spa a week ahead to schedule her massage and provided them with the certificate number that was purchased from THEIR own site.
At time of scheduling, they asked me for the gift certificate number and they should have verified that the certificate was valid then… not wait until AFTER the service is done. Well my mom’s English is not the best, as it’s her 2nd language, and the lady at the front desk made her feel embarrassed by telling her in front of other customers that her gift cert was declined! I also have a friend who has gifted

Went in looking just for a relaxing massage since I had a deep tissue last month. However, during the intro, Monika noticed some tension in my glutes and upper back and made a phenomenal recommendation. A sports massage using cupping. This session turned out to be the best of both worlds: addressing my tension as well as relaxing and it put me to sleep. I could certainly use one of those monthly. I will be back!!!

From the moment you walk into Amy's, you feel welcomed and at peace. The atmosphere is tranquil and the staff friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of receiving a Royal Thai massage from Monica and it was hands down one of the best massage/treatments I've had. I don't typically have massages because I tend to be too sensitive to the pressure, but Monica adjusted her pressure accordingly and the combination of gentle stretching, amazing aromatherapy and steamed herb roller balls gave a blissful experience. I found Monica to be very knowledgeable and helpful even giving suggestions

I cannot say enough about this place. It is beautiful and very welcoming. The massage rooms are enormous and warm and cozy. I had a massage with Melissa and she was fantastic, she did a deep tissue massage on my shoulders which is where I carry a lot of tension and it was perfect. Julia did a body scrub and hot stone therapy and literally it was heavenly. I highly recommend this place and I will be going back as soon as possible!!!

I came here years ago and really enjoyed it. Because of this, I decided this is what I wanted for Mother's Day. Just called to adjust the appt and they apparently had to cancel. They were not very apologetic for and made it feel like "well, it is what it is!"
Save your $300, go get a great $100 massage somewhere and buy yourself something nice with the remaining $200. They were less than professional, in my opinion.

My partner and I first visited Amy's Day Spa in 2020 and absolutely loved it! The staff at Amy's go out of their way to make every experience with them feel like a special occasion - from the way they greet you immediately when you walk in, to the ambiance of the entire spa, there is no place like it in Tampa. Amy, Justin, Melissa and the rest of the team are phenomenal. My partner and I love it here so much, we started memberships with them back in December. I always look forward to my monthly visit here! I love that they have a variety of add-ons to customize any service - I highly recommend

Julia was great no complaints for her, honestly the other staff members were friendly. But.... I was double charged, and I feel over charged but I let it go so I won't go into detail about that but, the pedicure was... well, it was different and I've never experienced such a method!
I've never had a pedicure where they don't soak your feet first. Instead my cuticles were half clean dry or sprayed, with I guess alcohol, buffed and polished. Then the callus treatment which is a add on wasn't properly done. Then she filled a bowl at the sink and soaked my feet for maybe

Amy’s is amazing. The moment you open the door-you feel like you have escaped the world to this incredible oasis. I can’t say enough about the customer care, professionalism, and the space. Monika is a rare gem. She has such knowledge in skin care and is the only masseuse who has helped me with my back issues/ tension in Tampa! She deserves 5 stars herself. Treat yourself! Go. The spa is adorable, so cozy and inviting! Melissa and Julia were fabulous! The experience was just wonderful. Great conversation with Melissa during an awesome massage and our facials with Julia were so relaxing and informative. She took great care to explain everything and offer wonderful products to enhance our experience.

Julia is amazing!!!! I went in for my first body treatment and couldn't have been happier! The room was clean, warm and inviting. Julia was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable! The heated table was perfect. I received the Blueberry Cellulite Cupping Treatment and it was exactly what I needed. The products smelled amazing and where super light, not heavy and greasy. Julia has a great touch and flow so the service was seamless. The waiting area was also super inviting. They offer a great selection of products, Eminence being top of the line. I was happy to see they had an exfoliator

I feel this place is over priced for what you receive. The technicians are lovely, but I don't feel you get your monies worth. I've never had a pedicure where a bucket is filled w/ water nor a manicure where the technician must hold the ultraviolet light in her hands over my nails since the light is tempermental & won't work otherwise. Very cramped space. Not worth the money.

Do NOT get a massage by Claudette. We have been a client here for years. My daughter just got a massage by Claudette ( 1st time she has had this massage therapist). the 'twisting and pulling' of her ankle has caused a SEVERE SPRAIN ON INNNER AND OUTER LIGAMENTS! Spent 3 hours at Florida Orthopedic yesterday and she now in a boot, round the clock pain meds and cannot bear weight on it. No one we speak to can believe this has happened. Including 2 physical therapists. It is awful

First impression; relaxing and calming atmosphere as well as professional and friendly staff! I recieved the treatments from the sweet serenity package as a gift from my dear husband while we were visiting the Tampa Bay area. The treatments were amazing, each one was heaven and the ladies that performed them were very skilled. The spa even worked with me so I could breastfeed my infant son between treatments. To top off the amazing service I received, I returned to the spa after leaving because I had messed up a nail from my pedicure and they fixed it for me and I didnt have to wait! Hands down

Highly recommended! I just got an amazing massage here! Found it online, very reasonably priced. Everyone there was very friendly, really nice atmosphere, some little munchies to snack on and a complimentary mimosa was offered (and gladly accepted) while I waited, which wasn't long.
I got the relaxing massage with cranial and it hit all the right spots. I'm only in town for 2 days for the bar exam but will be returning before I leave for a post exam massage!
