First time in the shop - they didn't have what I needed, but the counter customer service was very helpful

Worst customer service ever. They had my bike for three months, it ran before I took it in gad them just do a carburetor cleaning now it won’t run and they can’t figure out what they did. Every time I’d try to call I’d be on hold for 10 minutes or longer and they never have any information to give me. I finally gave up on them and took my bike back. They didn’t even clean off all of they’re greasy fingerprints off my plastic I had to do it. Worst mechanics and customer service ever.

Installed my crash cage and subcage same day. Had many shops say they would put on my equipment, then they got scared away when they found out they'd have to cut my plastics.
Brian was very quick and efficient qt getting the job done. He was able to install everything with minimal alterations to my bikes plastics and it looks great!

This place is top notch! I am traveling from across the state and had a exhaust bracket issue. Was near their business and called them. Told me to come right over and fixed it right away to get me back on the road! Thanks!!

Nick, one of employees, spotted me on the side of the road dealing with a front tire puncture. He stopped to help and made a call to the shop to confirm they had a tire available. After I plugged the tire, Nick led me to the shop and the bike was taken in immediately and the tire replaced. Great service!

Awesome place to shop, staff are really friendly and honest if they don't know something they will be up front and offer to help look it up. They have a pretty nice product selection as well.

Ordered a Shinko 777 for my 83 wing. Tire was defective. Jeff ordered a Dunlop, came in two days, mounted and balanced. Test ride, excellent. Five stars! Runs out perfect on I-5.

I placed an order with them early this week. I was told they would be here by Friday and here it is Saturday and they told me they are not here when I specifically told them I have plans to put them in Sunday. I'm not getting huffy they are not here yet. I'm mad they lied to me. Instead of saying hey it's gonna take more time for them to arrive that would have been ok. But they lied and told me no worries they will be here by then so I wouldn't call around to see if I could get them on time. How am I supposed to trust your business if you lie to your customers instead of being truthful.
