The space is gorgeous and clean, Yvonne was AMAZING she completely transformed my hair which had been improperly cut before.. I got color and a diva cut from her and I’m in love with the results. Everyone in the studio was kind, genuine, and accomodating. One of the girls up front (I didn’t catch her name) was super sweet and fixed my two nails that I had gotten done the day before at a different location. I will definitely be returning and bringing my friends with me!! Thank you Cavalry Salon!

I really hate to post a bad review, especially because Hava was so nice. I've literally never posted a Yelp review before today. But this was the worst experience I've ever had at a hair salon. I should've known when they had me sign a contract before we started saying that I couldn't get refunded if they did a bad job. I went in for balayage on my dark brown hair. I showed Hava a reference picture of my own hair from balayage I had had done before. I asked for the same thing with some light face framing. I'm not sure what went wrong, but what I got was basically brassy

I went in to see Jessi last week for a full balayage. She listened to everything I asked for and I love how my hair turned out! Jessi provided a lot of information on products and my hair type and was super helpful. I went from a brassy color to a nice cool/neutral blonde that I love. I will definitely go back for balayage touchups and haircuts in the future.

It's always amazing, the best service and quality. I went to get my hair done this time and they didn't disappoint. I've been going here for almost a year and wouldn't go anywhere else for my lashes or nails. Yvonne is the best and always does such a wonderful job! 10/10 but definitely make an appointment because she books up fast.

I’ve seen Jessi twice for a Deva cut and color and have been very pleased with her work. She takes the time to really listen to what you want, follows through, and then checks in with you at the end of the service to make sure you’re satisfied (with the reassurance that you can come back if you notice something later). I didn’t feel rushed at all when I provided feedback that I wanted a few more layers in the back at the end of the appointment. She looked at the curls with attention and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the result. I’ll be back!

She is an artist, there's no other way i can explain it. I literally give her such little direction because i never know what i want lol and it's like she reads my mind. Update: I returned for regular maintenance and I had an amazing time again! Yvonne takes such good care of me, and she has great attention to detail. She saw a part that she didnt like in my 'after' photos and invited me back to fix it. She really is great and very talented! This was the best experience I've ever had getting my hair done! Not only is Yvonne the best balayage hair stylist I know, but she cut my hair so nicely too. Also, she, and the rest of the team took the pandemic guidelines so seriously. You can really tell they care about the wellbeing of their clients, employees, and community. I felt really safe and could not have been happier with the outcome. I will definitely be coming back!

I tend to like to go a bit darker in fall and lighter in spring, and she helps me to transition flawlessly with minimal damage. She also does such an excellent job at blending that all of her styles grow out really nicely, which means less maintenance

I made a big transition from dark blond to icy silver and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with how it turned out. Yvonne took great care of me and guided me through two treatments and kept my hair healthy though it all. I had a great experience even though I was nervous before the whole process. It has been a few weeks and my hair is still doing great, I get so many compliments. I feel like I have princess hair. I highly recommend Cavalry and Yvonne for getting the hair you dreamed about

I found Yvonne and Cavalry Salon from her outstanding Yelp reviews and now I am a repeat customer! My prior stylist in Georgetown constantly left my blonde highlights looking brassy. Yvonne was able to find the perfect shade for my highlights that grew out so naturally and retained their color. She is so sweet and making appointments is super easy. I've been some of her other customers who all look fabulous and have great cuts. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough amazing things about cavalry (especially Yvonne the salon owner and the nail technician Aliya who I have gone to for years). I truly feel like part of the family at cavalry. About 10 of my friends and I are loyal clients because the salon is always clean and the work is high quality. Aliya makes you feel like the most beautiful person in the world, always has a positive attitude, and does the BEST job. I get SNS because my nails don't hold polish at all, and she makes it so that it lasts for at least 3 weeks. She also fixes any issues if they do come up for free.

Aliya is the BEST nail technician I've ever been to. My nails look the best they ever have since I met her. She goes above and beyond to make sure your nails are perfect and you are happy!
The salon has taken every precaution to keep their customers and employees healthy post-quarantine, and I felt completely safe returning to my usual appointments. All employees wear masks, temperatures are checked upon entry, hands and phones are sanitized, there are partitions between the technicians and customers, everyone is spaced out and you can easily pay by phone.

Yvonne is the best! I wanted the front section of my hair lightened a little bit more since our last appointment and she was happy to do it free of charge.
Yvonne and her team made me feel very welcomed and she did an excellent job recreating what I wanted. I am always hesitant when choosing a new colorist but now I know she will kill it! Will be back soon.
