Lateness-If you are running more than 5 minutes late kindly notify us via text or call. If you fail to notify us in advance, or are in excess of 15 minutes late, we will have to cancel and a late/no show fee will be incurred. Please understand our work takes time and cannot be rushed. Cancellation Policy- Cancellations must be made within 48 hrs of set appointment time.
Permanent Makeup procedures normally require multiple treatment sessions. For best results, clients will be required to return for at least one touch-up appointment. This will take place between 4-8 weeks after the initial procedure. Those with oily skin may require additional touch-ups. Please be aware that color intensity will be significantly darker and sharper immediately after the initial procedure and will reduce by 30-50%.

Melanie is fantastic! I had my initial session done at her Falls Church location, and just had my complimentary touch-up done at her brand new Stafford location— my eyebrows look amazing thanks to her! Melanie is professional yet personal— it feels as if she is your friend the first time you meet her! My sister and I both used her for our microblading, and are both beyond happy with our results. I can't recommend NOVAbrows enough! Melanie is professional and takes the time to make sure your eyebrows look perfect. She starts the session asking what shape you are looking for, takes the time to map and draw out and confirm the look is what you are looking for, and then gets to work! She uses a numbing cream so the entire process is painless (I swear you can't feel it AT ALL!)
It is tempting to search for a super cheap permanent brow place, but I have made that mistake in the past and it is always bad coloring, doesn't last, and is a rushed process. Invest in a good brow artist!

Every time I go to her I have a great experience. She manages your expectations well and tells you the truth from start to finish. I have referred many friends to her. Melanie is truly an expert at what she does. I stumbled upon her Instagram page at random, and after seeing all of the before & after photos, I knew I had to get my brows done by her. I went to my first appointment about 4 weeks ago, and am ready to go for the touch up/perfecting session soon and can't wait.
I had a lot of questions both before and after my first appointment, and she thoroughly addressed each one, and let me know exactly what to expect during the healing process. She was also very patient with me while we selected the shape I was trying to achieve.

Melanie did such an amazing job! I had been wanting to get mucroblading for so long but knew it was an expensive process. It is 100% worth it.
