This inspection service is a comprehensive examination of a home's readily accessible and visible components. Your detailed inspection report will be available within 24 hours. We follow NC Standard of Practice, so that we are able to provide an inspection you can rely on. A Home Inspection is an integrated process of observation, evaluation, and report writing with the goal of providing the Client with an understanding of the home and its systems. Buying a house is a huge commitment so going in you want to make sure there are no unforeseen issues. I had some pessimistic feelings going into this home inspection as another inspector I had used in the past did a rushed and sloppy job, making me feel like I just wasted time and money. Jarrett however is the complete opposite of that! He seemed to actually enjoy his work, I admire his diligence, professionalism, and most importantly, his attention to detail. Jarrett did the inspection of my new construction home last week and I was very happy with how thorough his report was.
