I originally brought my Bissell Steam Vac into have it serviced in the location in Inverness. There wasn’t any suction coming through the wand attachment. When I called to let them know that it still wasn’t working, they closed that location having me rice 50 minutes to the next closest location in Ocala. I brought it back only because I spent over $100 to have it fixed and it was still under their “6 month warranty”. When I came to pick it back up, they tried to charge me an additional $22 to replace a face covering (which wasn’t the issue). In addition, I asked to have it plugged in

This place is the biggest insult to Janome there could possibly be. I had the most demeaning, insulting experience i have ever had at a retail business. I have been sewing since I was 8 years old - now 73 - and he tried to tell me I had no idea of how my machine that I have had for 6 years should work. I spent $131 to have the timing adjusted on my Elna expressive machine. It worked worse than when I took it in. I then called my representative in Ottumwa, Iowa. He talked me through the problem even though it was a holiday and he wasn't even at his store. In 15 minutes my machine was working perfectly

I hate to write this review. I took two machines in for a cleaning. Neither machine had a problem. They were old, but sewing machines last decades. These were well taken care of. Within 30 days of cleaning service, my computerized Janome suddenly died. Mother board failed. 6 months after that, my singer's light fixture quit working. I've changed the light bulb in this machine many times. How does the light fixture go bad? I don't know what happened, but my machines have been fine for 20 years. I smelled strong oil in the Janome when I got it back. I didn't think anything of it. Now 6 months after

Not great as this situation was brought to the main manager for all locations. This manager was quick to find a solution & listened to what actually happened.
Earlier this week, a sewing machine was taken in for basic repair & machine was returned in worse condition including missing pieces. The price for "repair" was outrageous! It was very disappointing. Later that evening, after discovering the misuse of the machine, I sent an email directly to the main manager. The next morning, I received a response as the manager wanted to correct the situation. Machine was brought back and a remedy was

I dropped my Dyson vacuum off on a Tuesday and I received a call it was ready on Thursday- during the busy holiday season. I live on a dirt road, I have a toddler and two massive dogs. Lots of crumbs and hair!! My vacuum works over time. 🤣 It was due for a major service and new filter. There must have been a blockage. It would turn on and off regularly. Saved more than $400 on a new Dyson and one last item in the landfill! My vacuum not only is humming and working excellent, the whole vacuum was serviced to perfection and is so fresh and clean smelling. It’s brand new!!! Fast service, excellent
