Annette told us exactly what needed to be done to sell my dad’s house. She also gave me a deadline, which I needed. She had a list of people I could use to do the various tasks and even met them when I was not able to. I had such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend her to everyone. She sold our house in record time. She has so much personality and she truly loves her job.

Annette is a true professional and when she says "ILOVEMYJOB" she truly means it. I worked with Annette on the sale of our house and from the first meeting to closing she was available to provide guidance and support which ended up with a fast sale at the price we wanted. Annette is first class! She helped us prioritize the repairs that were needed, connected us with a contractor, and had the house under contract in 4 days. We moved to a different state before we listed the house officially, and she handled all the details for us and kept us completely in the know the entire time.
