and NOT "PRESS ONE FOR OUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM ... 45 sub menus later... disconnected "

In 2016 I was nervous when the market took a 10% hit in the first part of the year. We met with these folks and they convinced us to take our money out of our 401K’s and sold us a number of indexed annuities. Now that the annuities are maturing, they closed our account and basically stated they did not want our business. We now have to move our funds to another IRA on our own. Not professional at all. I would not use these people. They will tell you anything.
