I have been a client for over a year now. I hired LRS because I had a complicated corporate structure from a formation of a Solo 401k and I needed help. LRS is one of the few companies in country that can handle these types of corporate structures. I was facing a $23,000+ penalty from the IRS and I was very worried. I really thought I was going to be in big trouble. LRS guided me through the process of appealing this massive penalty and they appealed to the IRS on my behalf and I just received a letter from the IRS saying that the $23,000+ penalty has now been waived!!!! I'm purchasing a 20-year old existing business and, ironically have spent my entire 30+ year career in the Qualified Plan Industry. So I admit my due diligence process was definitely more detailed and thorough than most. I talked with all the major named providers. Our Company has been using LRS for 8 years and we are extremely happy with their services. They make it so easy for us to be compliant with our 401k plan by providing reminders, completing the majority of our submissions for us and their software is very easy to use. The staff at LRS is very available and very knowledgeable and Kirsten makes herself available whenever we have needed her.
