West Forsyth Pain Management is a multidisciplinary pain management office conveniently located in Clemmons, NC directly off interstate 40. We are currently accepting new patients. Ask your doctor for a referral. We believe that understanding your pain diagnosis is integral to your success in helping us to help you manage your chronic pain syndrome.
In order to been seen, you must first obtain a referral from your primary care Doctor. Consult with your doctor and ask for a referral to West Forsyth Pain Management located in Clemmons, NC. We will schedule an initial consultation with you and sometimes your doctor and other specialists to discuss your unique situation and symptoms.

This practice is one I would recommend to anyone looking for a local pain clinic which will work with you on your needs and also make sure you have the proper care as needed. They are always top notch on returning phone calls and informing you of schedule changes if need be and will work with you if you need to change your appointment.

I have just started going here and I love it..In most pain clinics they look at you as an addict or drug seeking, they automatically look down on you. I did not get that here at all. She informed me of things that my old pain management office never told me that could have caused a big problem,,,like an accidental OD...She answered all my questions, was very kind and courteous. She gave me options and made me understand things in a way that my one other clinic did not..my old pain clinic,,well the PA I saw over there was horrible, had yelled at me for no reason,,she was just mad at her staff and

Well. When I first went into the office It was all new so it's hard to tell what kind of motives people ( Doctors) have. I was asked some general questions mostly about my pain level and what kind of diagnosis I'd been given in the past. Well I explained to her that I have had a multitude of injections, several chiropractors orthopedic specialist.....Several epidural injections and so on. Well she said if I wanted narcotics she needed a specific diagnosis. Well much of the problems I have were the type of problems that took months and even years to name or discover. She wrote me a prescription
