Carson leads the executive team in carrying out the vision of the company on every level. She ensures that the day to day operations meets performance goals and supports the needs of the business. Additionally, Carson works with the finance team to set financial goals for the company and ensures that all aspects of finance are tracked and reported accurately.
Carson is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she obtained a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources. Carson has 18 years of construction and real estate sales experience. Additionally, she was the Regional Sales Director for one of the largest homebuilders on the east coast and spent three years serving as the President of the Union County, NC Realtor Association.
