I started repairing appliances back in 2005 and after gaining much experience I found something that I really enjoyed doing as a career. She was amazing. Our home warranty contracted Home Appliance Repair, i was contacted the next day business day and she was out that afternoon. Within 15 minutes she knew what was needed. As soon as she got the parts in our washer was fixed the next business. The washer was up and running in about 1 hour. I’ll be saving her number for anything else we might need in the future. Thank you so much for amazing service.

Erica responded quickly to a request via my warranty company. Given current situation with Covid-19, she took necessary precautions and put people at ease. The issue involved the gas line and the cooktop, and gave detailed information about the issue and issued eveyone’s safety. She diagnosed the issue and worked quickly to report her findings so we could move forward with a repair as quickly as possible. I would use her again for services and recommend to others.

Erica is Super friendly, reliable and hardworking. She goes above and beyond to get this restored the right way. She came in twice and solved our Microwave and Garbage disposal problem when others were not even sure on what was going on. She has the tech expertise in what she does..
