The KazaryanLaw Firm, P.C. is a full service law firm providing legal services for all types of immigration, personal injury and criminal cases. Mr. Areg Kazaryan is the founding attorney of the firm. He and his experienced staff are dedicated to helping the immigrant community. After graduation, Mr. Kazaryan attended Southwestern University School of Law.
Family based and employment based permanent immigration. We provide the full range of services from the initial filing of the applications and applicable waivers to final interviews and consular processing. Our services include all family based applications such I-130s, fianc petitions, adjustment of status, waivers including I-601s, I-601As, I-602s, and I-212s, and consular processing for clients who are outside of the United States.
Non-immigrant (temporary) visas. We assist clients in obtaining all types of non-immigrant visas. There are a wide range of such visas that extend from short term visits to temporary employment.
We assist clients who wish to obtain tourist visas (B1/B2 visas), student visas (F visas); religious workers visas (R1/R2 visas), victims of violence visas (U visas), employers who wish to temporarily employ foreign workers, (such as H visas), and foreign businesspeople who wish to establish and conduct business in the United States (E1/E2 visas).

We aggressively defend clients facing deportation and removal in immigration court due to denied applications (such as asylum, withholding of removal, adjustment of status, waivers, etc.), allegations of immigration fraud (such as marriage fraud, asylum fraud, etc.), criminal issues and convictions, and abandonment of status.
We assist clients in becoming United States citizens. For some clients, citizenship can be acquired in certain situations by acquisition or can be derived through parents, while other clients have to go through the naturalization process. By far the worst lawyer i have ever came across. He is very irresponsible and has no sense of knowledge or interest to pursue your case. I called multiple times and advised the front desk to make sure that he calls me back. EVERY time, my call was not returned. He dropped my case he said because "the other party does not want to take responsibility". Isn't that a lawyers job? Oh, and he dropped my case by mailing my documents back. He never even called me to tell me that he is dropping the case. If i could give this uneducated waste of law graduate a 0 starts, i would.
