The Long Family Eyecare team have been taking care of me for a few years now. I’ve been to several low vision specialists since I was about 2 years old and I’ve never had a more professional, precise and most of all, caring group of people work with me to accommodate every one of my vision needs. The staff is beyond top notch. I’ve been treated to well, which isn’t easy because I’m difficult generally, that my husband left his optometrist to be treated here. Even prior to being taken as one of their patients, the whole team took the time to answer my husbands questions to put him at ease

Dr. Jarrod & Dr. Angie always take great care of you! They are very thorough in their examinations, and take the time to explain what they are doing step by step, then explain their findings. The Long Family Eye Care staff is also friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking all the time you need to choose eyewear that is right for you!

What a great experience! You can tell they truly care about the interactions with the patients and their customer service is top notch. I work in the customer service industry, and they hit all the right marks to make you feel special. Misty at the front desk was awesome with scheduling (got me in same day because of a cancellation!) and helped me understand my insurance. Also, the techs I met with were amazing and so was Dr. Long. The whole process had my time in mind and I was in and out in 45 minutes which included a contact fitting.
