Please do not jeopardize your oral health because of fear of periodontal treatment. What meant so much to me is that he listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions. Since my initial meeting with Dr. Carbonaro, I have had periodontal surgery, and extraction, bone augmentation and an implant off with the greatest confidence in the best possible outcome with believe me, the most minimal discomfort.
We adhere to the highest professional standards of cleanliness, sterilization, and radiation control. Our staff regularly attend safety seminars and are quite knowledgeable on the latest techniques. We know that preventing the spread of infectious diseases such as AIDS, herpes, hepatitis and even the cold virus is critical.
Because of schedule changes it is sometimes necessary to move your appointment up or down 15 to 30 minutes. If a time change is necessary, you will be notified at the time of confirmation. This helps us keep a more efficient time schedule and reduces the waiting time for our patients. One of our main goals is to stay on time for all appointments.
Please understand, however, that you are ultimately responsible for payment of all services. Should your insurance not cover what is predicted, you will be responsible to pay any uncovered portion. Our knowledgeable staff will work with you to ensure any portion of treatment not covered by insurance is affordable.
The word "periodontal" means "around the tooth." Periodontal Disease (also known as "gum disease", "pyorrhea" or "periodontal infection") is an ongoing bacterial infection in the gums and bone around your teeth. This infection leads to an inflammation under the gums. If it isn't treated, the inflammation can destroy the bone around your teeth resulting in tooth loss.

The office only cares for payment and not the service.
The receptionist lied to me about my 3rd visit . I asked her if I have to pay for my 3rd visit .She said I don’t have to pay next visit to discuss the prices of my implants . Then when we spoke to reschedule my appointment , she then said I have to pay for it. She denied it. She won’t let me talk to the dentist . I’m so disappointed. I won’t recommend him. They not there to help you . They are there for your money. I did the ct scan , root canal and impressions. All paid. Now they just forget about me
