I have ordered from them 3 times already. Bought mostly polos for my school for staff and student uniforms, but also a couple hooded jackets and fleece jackets. Never disappointed in their quality. Easy to get in touch with customer service when needed. Never a shipping delay (other than UPS themselves-holidays!). Personable. Simple. Great product. Will be ordering more from them soon. A company like this is hard to find. I google searched and found the site. Called and a person...the actual owner answered the phone. I didn't answer for a few seconds as I was so surprised I didn't get an automated menu.. He was very pleasant and answered my questions. No hidden fees, free shipping, good prices on shirts. fast, friendly service. I… received my shirts 7 days after placing the order. Needless to say I am very, very happy. Will definitely do business with this company again, As a bonus they are in Texas so if you order you are supporting US workers. Can't go wrong.

We have made 2 orders for our church now and Brian has been amazing. We were looking for something not on the webpage and he was kind enough to email me the manufacture catalog to find exactly what we wanted. We will continue ordering from epolos for future orders due to their outstanding quality and service. We also always receive our order within a week of ordering and that isn't more appreciated when on a time crunch.

I rarely take the time to formally review a business, but Epolos really goes above and beyond and deserves it. I took a chance by purchasing a limited run of shirts and was a little hesitant because of the very agreeable prices. However, since then I've always received outstanding service from Brian at Epolos.
Epolos is incredibly easy to work with and the shirts are better than anything I could purchase here or elsewhere online. Like others have mentioned, the support and helpfulness is uncommon these days. I will continue to buy all customized shirts from this amazing company.

Brian at Epolos was so helpful, he walked me through every step of placing our office shirt order. We weren't sure where to start with picking out a shirt, since there are so many choices online, he let us borrow a few to try. I have already referred another office to Epolos and I will refer more!
