Sadly, Grove installed some beautiful windows on our 3 year old home. We are seeing some issues already and they won't even come look at the work to evaluate the problem. Separation of the window from the walls and a bending frame. I feel like I'm getting the run around and it's very disappointing. I really need to know what's wrong to be able… to fix it. Grove says they provided and hired the installers, but they aren't responsible or really interested in windows being installed correctly. The man I spoke with said they install the windows whether the builder built the hole for it correctly
