Services
The Reggio-Emilia Approach to early childhood education believes young children are individuals who are curious about their world and have the powerful potential to learn from all that surrounds them. We encourage our children to use language to investigate experiences, and explore their surroundings.
Musical Monday's are the best! Music education requires children to recognize and repeat pitch, tone, or enunciation of words, which improves their ability to learn words and speak them correctly. Dancing to music helps children build motor skills while allowing them to practice self expression. For children and adults, music also helps strengthen memory skills.
Ms. Lauren and Ms. Crystal are the teachers for our one of a kind Orange Blossom Explorers! This is the youngest program we offer, ages ranging from six weeks through six months. Some of their favorite activities include tummy time with sensory objects, and nap time! Ms. Laura F. and Ms. Laura M. are teachers for our sweet Peach Blossoms!
Here at Lil Explorers School we invite you and your family to not just receive an education, but to join the community! With monthly all-school meet-ups, semi-annual all-school parent meetings and committees galore, you are truly welcome to become a part of the Lil Explorersfamily! We recently switched our toddlers from a different day care to Lil' Explorers. The transition was smooth and our kiddos are so excited! There is a wide variety of activities included with tuition (yoga, drama, gardening, etc) they offer full and part time which is great! All of the teachers are sincere. It is obvious that they truly LOVE what they do. I never feel anxiety leaving them there! Our kids are able to be more expressive and let their creative energy flow. They have learned so much already. It is wonderful picking them up after work -- they tell me everything they learned that day. Lil
