At Smooth Get Away Travel Group, we appreciate the unique challenges Catholic couples face when deciding to book a destination wedding. Many factors and details surround planning a sanctioned Catholic ceremony in a beautiful tropical destination designed for couple's specific wedding dreams. When a couple chooses to celebrate their vows in the Catholic church, several steps need to be completed before arrival at the destination resort and chapel.
Register on Step. State. Gov for Free. This way if something was to happen you can go to the closest Embassy, and let in easier if you are registered with all of your information. A must! When going overseas. Write down important numbers on a sheet, emergency contacts etc. When there is an emergency crisis all phones are locked up and you cannot use your cell phone.

Kim did an awesome job booking our annual couples trip. When our flight got delayed because the The airport closed due to electrical outage, Kim was just a phone call away. She was very responsive and diligent and was able to get us on a new flight ASAP. She also was able to get us reimbursed back for our delayed flight. Had I booked this myself I'm sure this could have went very wrong and we would not have been able to enjoy our annual couples trip.

Kim helped us plan our honeymoon to Fort Lauderdale. Due to Covid we could not travel to our 1st choice destination. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the resort we chose was not quite what we expected. Kim was immediately available to get us upgraded to a new part of the resort. She also helped us schedule a day excursion to Key West and a fun dinner cruise. We decided to end our honeymoon early due to bad weather and Kim was able to work with the resort to get our unused days refunded and reschedule our flights. Had we not used Smooth Get Away as our agency we could have had many disappointments
