Place your order on our easy to use web site or app (available for iOS as well as Android) from your computer, tablet or smart phone.
Our laundromats provide quality laundry service to some of the best and biggest spa and commercial facilities in San Francisco. Our combined laundromats span an area of more than 10,000 sq ft and we have over 250 washers and dryers of various capacities ranging from 20 lb to 80 lb. We have dedicated and highly-trained staff specifically dealing with the washing of commercial laundry, such as heavy lotions and oils in towels.
If you do not find the answers to your questions in our FAQ, give us a call at (888) 997-3191 and we will be happy to help. Pickup and delivery will be between 6.30 pm and 10 pm Mon through Fri and 11 am through 2 pm on Sat and Sun. It is not necessary to be present for pickup or delivery as long as we agree upon the method to receive/drop off your laundry, e.g., do you have a doorman or not.

They destroyed my whites and failed to remediate it. They don't follow instructions you add either for items, they will throw everything in together washing and drying. Difficult to get in touch with them. Last load I did with them my items had a musty, yeasty smell. The driver doesn't follow instructions and ended up bothering my neighbors. A failure of a local business.

They are awesome. Speedy service, reasonable prices, and amazing customer service. I sent them all the clothes going with my daughter to college and all the clothes from the backs of everyone closet that have been packed up for over a year. Over 100lbs of laundry in 24hours! I must also mention, they folded and packed all of the clothes to ship out!! They Rock!!!

I placed a pickup order, never received a confirmation, so I emailed and called, no answer or call back. I put my two blankets out, not knowing if they would be picked up or not. They were picked up, but when I got them back one of them was completely destroyed with bits of fabric torn out from the blanket leaving bald patches. I used their contact form to report the damage and never heard back. Stay away!

I used this laundry service for the first time last year and it didn't completely remove stains from the comforter. The manager had explained they washed it twice, but the stains did not completely wash out. It ruined my comforter shape and couldn't be re-shaped the way it was before. Last week, I sent another new comforter out for cleaning and I was overcharged!! I was charged the cost of a king comforter, even though my comforter was a queen, which was a $14 price difference. I made multiple efforts and exhausted all options available to me to get in touch with the business to resolve

Phenomenal rip off! First small things disappear - sock, hand towel, bra. I stayed with them because they did a good job otherwise. But then they started slipping up. One load they didn't use the fabric softener I included, which made the clothes/bed linen scratchy. They did deduct after I made a stink. They're pricey. The final straw came when they charged me $66 to clean a bath towel, claiming it was a rug. They have not replied since mailing me this picture of my towel.

AWFUL service and even worse follow up!! I waited a while to write this review hoping they they will return my several voicemails telling them how they ruined my very expensive duvet cover (which I had to pay extra for) and white sheets.
But long story short - they ruined my expensive duvet cover and white sheets (red stains all over!). And when I tried calling them back to provide feedback, it went to voicemail every time and they never returned my calls. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Truly disappointed

This place is great in terms of picking up and dropping with a short turn around time. The only issue is the person that delivers is obviously a smoker and my personal laundry bags which I bought specifically for this delivery purpose come back smelling like cigarettes. Luckily the smell doesn't get inside and affect my clothes but it's still gross to have to bring in something that reeks into your home. Also, they kind of fold haphazardly. Maybe I'm just too picky when I fold and make sure sheets etc line up. Not a huge deal but I do have to refold them.

Have ruined 4 sets of bathroom rugs in the past 2 months because they continue to put my white rugs in with other laundry which discolors them making them an off grey color. Has cost me approximately 160 dollars to replace them not to mention the inconvenience of having no bathroom rugs for days while I wait for another set to arrive. I put instructions in every time yet they persist in ruining my bathroom rugs. Finding another laundry service.

First time and last time using this service! Save your money and go to neighborhood cleaner, it is cheaper and much cleaner. I did place my order and all was good until I opened the received bags with the " washed " laundry. very bad smell, like they were not cleaned and most importantly most of my white laundry were missing. I placed a complain online and never heard back.

Talk about amazing customer service. Through this pandemic, we haven't been able to go to the laundromat. But WashClub remained open and very speedy. Wash and fold is of utmost quality and comes wrapped in a very easy to put away fashion. Also, all the deliveries have been left on our front door with couriers wearing gloves. Every time they have delivered quicker than expected and cheaper than expected. I HIGHLY recommend this service. I think even after this is all over we will continue to use Bay Area Wash Club!

Hi - I had a very very bad experience with this company on my first try here. It wasn't clear for me as a new customer how they would weigh my laundry and I listed an estimated number along with all my laundry. The company then later charged me an extra $30 for duvet covers that I never listed and never knew was charged separately. Even then if duvets were separate, it didn't make sense that I was still charged my full laundry estimated weight (estimated by myself only) since the duvet was taken off.

9:45AM - I created an account for someone who is on dialysis, I mistakenly added 2 orders in one.
10AM - I couldn't delete so I called them for an assistant; no one answered so I left a voicemail.
3:15PM - I decided to call and finally spoke to someone who actually just answered the call by a "hello" instead of - Hello my name is ---- and thank you for calling how may I assist you?! NOPE it was just a hello.
Anyway.. I asked him a question regarding my order and i said that I left a voicemail at 10AM, immediately his

I have been using the service for a while now and don't have any big complaints. They do a good job cleaning my clothes, sheets and towels,. Fold things nicely and are always on time. When I have had an issue I call and have always gotten the problem fixed. My driver is a very nice lady and always picks up and drops off my stuff at the door.
That being said - I wash my own delicates, anything with a stain and use my local dry cleaner. Still it is a huge help and time saver.

First you show up with no bag, so I have to grab a plastic bag to put my laundry in. Then the driver expects I am going to LIFT this heavy bag down the stairs. Why do you think I have arranged for pickup, BECAUSE I CAN'T LIFT HEAVY BAGS.
And you charge me $15 for a THROW. It was a polyester throw we use for our cat, not a blanket. Would not even fit a child's bed. We never wash or dry it separately. What a ripoff.

Wash club is my greatest discovery of the year! The most amazing service ... they pick up and deliver at your house, always on time, great communication, clean laundry, folded and wrapped neatly!
This is a Godsend for working moms, busy dads, workaholic new grads, maybe even for students in a dorm, washer-dryer breakdowns, and just the laundry overwhelmed Bay area resident!

They come get your laundry, they wash it, fold it and bring it back. it's great. it seems a little impersonal to schedule everything over the internet, but i got over that pretty quick, and you can always call them to schedule instead. as far as laundry services go, they're inexpensive and they'll wrap your clothes in blue paper, which is always awesome.
