The laundromat facilities were really nice and sparkling clean! They offer cleaning supplies, they accept all forms of payment, and the woman was very helpful. But. I’m giving this 2 stars because this place is not disabled people friendly. My partner and I are autistic so we bring our service dog in training with us everywhere we go. She’s registered and very well behaved. We walked in and the woman at the counter wouldn’t let us bring her in. She said it was for COVID and that not everyone would accept that her being a service dog as an excuse. But her service dog tag is very visible to

Former laundromat " The Waterworks " is under new ownership . It's friendly and energetic owner Wendy has directed a deep makeover with a new look and new machines. "Wash and Fold" is available for those who want to just drop off their clothes and have them returned clean and nicely folded . I love that I can get here on the #30 bus which runs all along Bridgeway . And being just a couple of blocks from the updated Golden Gate Market makes it easy to get snacks and more .

Wendy and her team are amazing! I always end up staying and chatting and I love how friendly they are.
I recently moved in to a nearby building that doesn’t have in unit laundry so they’ve been my lifesavers!
I’ve done their wash and fold service multiple times and they’re always done on time and great with calling to let me know it’s ready.
I also just remembered to ask for the eco detergent which I’m excited about!
