Had a scare on my Laptop the other day. Screen pops up talking about Virus just got on my computer. I immediately turned wifi and computer off. Did some reading online and its all gibberish to me. Search was on for the experts. I ended up at Atlanta Computer Solutions. This was one of my best customer service experiences. Pierce was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained in a way even I could understand.
Pierce probably spent about 10 minutes with me. He even wrote down notes for me so I would not forget. So i inquire as to how much I owed him, he looks back at me and says, "Nothing". Totally

I brought in my Alienware laptop and Brian did quality work! He swapped the battery and replaced the USB port, which was very well needed. Very affordable as well and staff were generous enough to NOT charge for the battery since the USB port was being installed. Brian also guaranteed the repair warranty for the laptop, replacing the USB entirely during my return visit, after he initially re-soldered the (loose) original USB port, and let me know if the problem was persisting that it was covered. Really appreciate bringing my laptop to full working order again! Thanks!
