Ron was very professional and knowledgeable. My gaming/work pc broke down all of a sudden and I needed it to be assessed and fixed asap. Ron accommodated me so well that I literally was able to get my pc working within 2 days. He worked all weekend including Sunday to work on my pc. Great guy to have fix your pc!!! I recommend him!!!

I am so impressed with this company. Ron Smith was in the area and picked up my computer. He installed a new hard drive and reinstalled my software. He even dropped my computer back off to me the next day. It does not get any better than FixThisPC. The cost for all of this was beyond fair. I will always call Ron for my computer needs. I spoke with Ron the other day regarding my computer. I called in a frenzy, ready to buy a new computer. He suggested a simple fix (a new adapter cord), and said that if it didn’t work, he would pick up my computer, repair it and have it ready for me the next day. His customer service was above and beyond. His suggestion worked!!! He didn’t make a dime on me, and saved me so much money. I am so grateful. I will be a customer for life. Highly recommend. Honest, smart, kind, and very customer service oriented.

I highly recommend Ron for computer support. He provides quality professional service in a timely manner. RON SOLD A COMPANY USED COMPUTERS WITH A STOLEN VERSION OF WINDOWS ON IT! IF YOU WANT TO REALLY SEE RON'S WORK GET AHOLD OF ME AND I'LL SEND YOU PICTURES OF WHAT HIS WORK REALLY LOOKS LIKE. MY EXPERIENCE WITH RON IS SIMPLE! HE GOES BEHIND PEOPLES BACK AND GETS THE PASSWORDS TO THEIR FIREWALLS AND THEN BILLS FOR THINGS HE DIDN'T DO RIGHT TO START WITH. AND WHEN YOU REFUSE TO PAY HIM FOR IT, HE LOCKS YOU OUT OF YOUR (YOUR SYSTEM NOT HIS) WHICH BUY THE WAY RON IS A FELONY AND CONSIDERED CYBER TERRORISM.

Ron Smith has been an extraordinary resource for our company. As software and IT professionals our team is aware and capable of handling most complex IT infrastructure projects. I highly recommend Fix This PC! Ron Smith fixed my laptop in less than 24 hrs. I was having issues with Outlook and nothing I found on-line was working. When both my husband & I had committed multiple hours to fixing it without success, we finally decided that we needed help. I am very pleased with the fast & professional service. I'm hoping not to have more computer issues, but if I do, Fix This PC will be my first phone call.
