Our agent, Kyle Callahan, worked with us through the selection process of which type of coverage we needed with all of our vehicles. He constantly was looking for ways to ensure we were properly covered as well as providing a value that we could manage. In addition, he found discounts to further increase the value of our policies. He was patience with us as he explained in detail how everything worked. Great teacher. We would recommend to anyone to at least give him a call and see what he could to for them.

I recently purchased insurance for our car, home, and condo from State Farm through this agency. I was helped by Tiffany Steinfath throughout the process. She made everything as easy and smooth as possible. I since needed additional information and documents for our mortgage holder, and Tiffany provided them promptly. In this age of online transactions, I am glad to have Tiffany and Craig Holloway agency available to make it all easier and smoother. I am not at all adverse to doing things online, but their human and professional touch is better and more confidence inspiring.
