A neighbor of mine and I met with Nichole late October 2021.
We arrived with many questions regarding our existing Condo/H06 insurance policies.
Our objective was to obtain a better understanding of the terminology used within those policies and to explore the available options so we could tailor a policy that best suited our needs.

I met with Nichole to review my existing transferred insurance at her suggestion. It's the first time I met face to face with an agent after ten years of living in Venice. She's a native Floridian and knows so much about the area. She really knows insurance. It's a testimony of her ability to be the female owner of a State Farm office - an extraordinary achievement.

WOW, just WOW!! I contacted Nichole looking for home insurance for a home I recently inherited. I know nothing about insurance, laws in Florida (I live in Ohio). Nichole was straight foreword with me, telling me she wasn't able to insure my home (too old, didn't meet current building codes). HOWEVER, she still explained a lot of things to me that I didn't understand, and even sent me a couple recommendations for other agencies that might be able to help me.
