Services
I believe that deeply nourishing food has the ability to heal our bodies, heal our planet and bring people together. I love food. I love to cook, I love to eat and I love to share my passion for health and nutrition. Cooking for others and being surrounded by family, friends, and good healthy food makes me feel ridiculously happy, content and deeply nourished.
Sara Hayes is a Licensed Massage Practitioner and Certified Craniosacral Therapist. She also provides services as a Birth Doula; supporting couples during pregnancy and delivery. Sara graduated from The BodyMind Academy in 2002 and is co-founder of Mountain View Wellness Center where she is currently in practice.
