This was the first time when I looked for a injury lawyer and was very frustrated with all process and how and what to do and even don't know how everything works, but this was before I visited Mark Schiffrin. On the first appointment he explained me everything and answered all my questions so everything became clear for me, he guided me at all points of the process. My daughter was in a car accident in Florida. Attorney Mark Schiffrin was there for her every step of the way. Not your typical attorney, Mark was patient, professional and understanding as my daughter suffered severe neck injuries and was not always easy to get in touch with because of her college schedule. He never rushed her case along, but worked with her to find the right doctors and kept her case open until she felt comfortable and was better.
Mark and the office staff were personable & kind and always got back to us right away. We were treated with respect and never felt like just a number
