Our office may not be open 24 hours a day but we understand how important it is for customers to request policy changes, report claims, and request other assistance from us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please keep in mind that all policy change requests are not considered legally bound until after you have received a confirmation from our agency or your insurance carrier directly.

They were able to provide me with a policy immediately for my home. They fulfilled all my requirements necessary to cover my home. They even allow the transaction over the phone to take place to pay the policy for the year in full. I pray I don't need to claim but I feel more comfortable now that I am insured especially coming into hurricane season. Thank you.

I have known Amsley Insurance Services since 2010 when they insured my property in Kissimmee. I found them very efficient, dedicated and committed. Their relationship with clients is like a bond. There has not been any festive seasons, bank holidays anniversaries, birthday etc that passed without words of felicitation and congratulations from them.
Ten years now Amsley Insurance Services is still handling my property insurance coverage.

Amsley is the best I've found so far. Jose is a great guy and works hard to get the customer what they need...
They are a large firm and may have been very busy at the time he got called back.. They do an annual employee appreciation trip and do have weird hours, so that may account for the few days to get a call back... But i have rarely had good customer service over the phone ANYWHERE as compared to going in and asking.
Amsley is a great business. I have Mercury Auto and hated my agent... Mercury suggested Amsley take over my account

This place isn't closed, but the address might be wrong (1617 13th says Google) but it should be. Took 3 days to get them to call me back about my homeowners insurance. Told them I found a better price, and they said good for you, take it. Not even an offer to work with me re: coverage.
