Recently I had to face the daunting task of shopping for a new Homeowner's Insurance policy. With an older home, aging roof, and lack of patience, I was certain this experience would be about as joyful as an unmedicated root canal. However, a call to Jack Fields Agency quickly relieved my concerns when the friendly and knowledgeable staff in his office gathered my information, provided helpful feedback and in lighting speed came back to me with options for a new policy. The most qualified and reputable agents. I have used them for almost 25 years including automobile, residential, and business insurance. The utmost in integrity and character. They are always there to answer your insurance needs. John Fields knows Commercial insurance better than anyone in town along with his lovely assistant Diane. Shawn does a wonderful job with residential. The rest of the staff are excellent to deal with as well.

Two years ago we moved our business from St. Cloud to Downtown Kissimmee. Our insurance had change drastically. Talking with other business owners, they recommended Jack Fields Insurance Agency. I contacted John Fields.He came up with a package for our business with a better coverage at a lower rate.With the savings we got on the business, I had him work on my personal home and auto insurance.John`s agent Shawn, found us the same coverage at hundreds less. This is an excellent Insurance agency that is very attentive to your needs. We are a small engineering company that supports the commercial construction industry. They have provided this client with all aspects of our insurance requirements [i.e. w/c and g/l] and are always responsive to our requests for Certificates of Insurance in a timely manner. They have given us exceptional service and low competitive pricing where applicable.
