Our waterfront location on Brandy Pond in Naples, Maine offers a private sandy beach, boat docking facilities, and restful escape from the busy world. Located just below the causeway bridge at the northern tip of Brandy Pond, we are at the center of more than 40 miles of connected waterways. Stretching north on Long Lake to Harrison, and south through the Songo River to Sebago Lake (Maine's second largest lake), water adventures are endless.

Enjoy a scenic boat ride or freshwater fishing, cruise on a paddlewheel river boat, fly by on a jet-ski, or even take to the sky for a seaplane tour. On land, relax on your porch with a good book, take a swim, or sit in the sun at the dock.
Services
Bayview Cabins is the perfect location for a relaxing waterfront vacation. You can spend hours by the water, breathing in the fresh air and admiring the beautiful views - or, if you'd like, you can take a leisurely walk across the causeway bridge to enjoy all of the restaurants, shops, and other attractions that the charming village of Naples has to offer.
Situated in the heart of Maine's Lakes and Mountains Region, Bayview Cabins is close to Portland, Bridgton, and plenty of attractions. We are located on Route 302 in Naples, Maine, just south of the Naples Causeway bridge and the village center. Watch for our sign and the canoe to enter by the office at 750 Roosevelt Trail.

Maybe I shouldn't really rate place as calls never returned. But beautiful location so giving it a 3 for that alone.

Great little cabins right on the lake. Walking distance to restaurants and causeway. Great owners, they're very friendly and accomodating. My fiancee and I got engaged during our first stay here, so these cabins will always be a special place to me ☺we've booked the last two years and will definitely be back!

Owners were fantastic. They were on hand, toured the facility, gave great advise about local spots for breakfast/brunch, and were genuinely kind and helpful. The room was as seen in the photos with a bit more room than expected (King-size bed in 12). Highly recommend a stay here, and I am hoping I can return again when in the area.

Very small camp ground. That's what I love about it. Not a gang of people partying till 4 am either. Very clean. Wish they allowed dogs.

Nice views, nice facilities but the owner walks around and monitors everything so there is no privacy. If you have kids this may be a good spot but if you are looking for a relaxing getaway I would say avoid. The owner watches and follows tenants every move. All that being said if you have kids it's a good spot due to small beach and access to canoes and paddle boats

My only reluctance to writing this review is that I'd like to keep this place a secret!
For me service is everything when measuring the value of a place like this, and in every way they exceeded expectations. The dock for your boat, the use of canoes, paddle boats. etc. all included with the price of the cabin, they make sure you have what you want and don't nickle and dime you once your in. All this and within a minutes walk to the heart of the causeway, great restaurants, bars, plane rides, Seadoo and boat rentals, all right there.
Steve and Sherri went out of their way to accommodate us, including

The owner's were so hospitable and had the best experience! Incredible location, everything was updated, clean and just plain beautiful. I walked to a great restaurant up the road and everything you need is conveniently only steps away. You can't get any closer to the water and is amazing to wake up to the loons. This was a true Maine experience. Can't wait to return.. Thanks Steve and Sherri!

I've loved Bayview since I first stepped foot on the dock there a few years ago and I love it even more now--because this is where my husband and I got married this past October! It's a PERFECT setting for a couples' getaway, a family vacation, or a gorgeous, unique, independent wedding. Sherri was incredibly welcoming to our guests and so helpful to my mom and I as we planned and coordinated everything from out of state. And Steve was a huge help in getting us ceremony-ready--from hanging lights to helping us make sure the tent was good to go. From the first guest's arrival to the final goodbye

Excellent water front cabins. Very clean and neat cabins. Park your boat out front after your time on the water, Brandy pond or Long Lake or even Sebago lake from your cabin front door. Docking space seems limitless. Nice little beach and swim raft for the kids. Walking distance to several eateries and novelty shops in down town Naples Maine on the causeway. You can fish, swim, boat, golf, dine and shop all within this Lake region GEM. We are already looking to re-book and include some family and friends. THE WAY LIFE SHOULD BE, why wouldn't you?
