Our corporate offices and factory are located in the central Lakes Region of New Hampshire. In addition to providing you with personal recognition awards and products, we can fulfill commercial engraving, commercial screen printing, and graphic design needs; this can be done on metals, wood, acrylics, glass and plastics.

Services
Our customer service representatives are highly trained and extremely knowledgeable about personalized products. They are at your service Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET. Laser engraving is the process of engraving or marking an object using a precisely guided laser beam controlled by a computer.
How long will it take to get my order? The answer to that question is "When do you need it?" We pride ourselves in meeting the deadlines of our customers. We can expedite most orders to as fast as one day production time if necessary with next day delivery if needed. It is important to note that you the customer play a key role in how long it takes to process an order.
Orders are placed by directly contacting Engraving, Awards & Gifts. We do not offer a shopping cart option at this time as most of our products are custom made and pricing may vary based on your unique requirements. What quantity needed. What information you would like engraved or screen printed. If you are submitting artwork please follow our Artwork Submission Guidelines.
We received our groundbreaking shovels today. One day earlier than expected. Everyone here at DPR Construction, who have seen the shovels so far really love the end product. The shovel is good quality and very shiny. The engraved plate is very nicely done and looks equally shiny and impressive.

A pleasant experience ordering from Engraving, Awards & Gifts.
The products that I bought ended up being expensive -- but that was in large part due to the fact that I was ordering on very short notice.
They were able to walk me through the process in a timely manner and deliver on their promise to get a good-looking, high quality, product to our jobsite in time for our construction topping-out party.

I had them make a plaque for my father-in-law’s memorial. Great upfront design service and estimate. Everything was great, including the time it took to receive the plaque. Unfortunately, 6 months later they made an unauthorized charge on my card…didn’t let me know in advance…for extra charges. So it was 33% more. VERY POOR communication and customer service on the back end

The award was perfect. I couldn't have asked for it to be done any better. However, the award was designed for our governor and I requested before ordering it that it would arrive on a certain day. It was a day late and we had to use an alternate route in place of the presentation. We paid for expedited services without any notice that it would arrive a day after the day we expected.

The customer service was exceptional, they assistant with every step of the design process. Customization is endless, craftsmanship is of the highest quality. Received the plaque in only days after finalizing the proofs. The plaque I had ordered seemed a little costly, but the final product is well worth the price paid for. Will definitely be using this company for future purchases.

Products were delivered on-time and excellent quality. The best part of the experience was the customer service and follow-up. Prior to finalizing the order, the customer service rep contacted me with a better alternative that saved us money. She was friendly and very professional. Throughout the process they followed up with the status of the order. Even though it was a bit of a rush, I was not stressed about receiving it in time for an event. Outstanding! Highly recommend.
