Services
At Concord Engraving we make various reliefs of letterpress polymer plates. We support new and established letterpress customers, helping bring their designs to life! Our ESKO CDI Spark digital imager produces 7 mil, chemical free letterpress films. Using digital negatives allows us to hold the finest lines, producing the highest quality of analog polymer plates.
Often dubbed, " a labor of love", letterpress is unique and not without its quirks. If you have made your own plates, you are aware of the additional needs it brings to your printshop. We offer 7 mm thick, chemistry free, recyclable film. The file is exposed using our ESKO CDI spark. Our high quality film allows the finest of details to hold.
We provide digital flexo plate making at the highest possible standard with incomparable customer service and turn around. Imaging to Exposure to Processing, our plates are made with industry leading technology to produce consistent and repeatable results. We are able to turn plates faster than our competitors, and have the redundancy to avoid shutdowns in our services.
Our full service Art Department has the tools and knowledge to bring your project from concept to reality. We utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Esko's native pdf editor Art Pro+ to adapt your files from design stage to print ready. We are able to meet your press needs with top of the line screening technologies from Esko.
