We are open for classes! Our staff will continue to be vigilant in cleaning each day and take precautions. In order to attend class, you MUST call or email AND receive confirmation from us. No one will be allowed to participate without confirmation, as we have limited class sizes. If you have any health concerns, we encourage you not to attend until you are ready.

Services
TENS - The perfect score in gymnastics is a 10.0, which Chrissy did achieve on the floor exercise as a collegiate gymnast. FOR LIFE - Our goal for our students, as well as ourselves, is to strive to be the best we can be in everything we do. Chrissy Brown is a former University of Florida gymnast, has been coaching for over 25 years, and was inducted into the USAG Region 8 Hall of Fame in 2019.
Lunch is not provided, so please be sure child brings one. Don't want to hassle with packing a lunch? No worries! Purchase pizza, popcorn chicken, or an all beef hot dog along with a drink (water, gatorade, or juice) for just $5. Our afternoon classes will run as scheduled (not during Winter Break).
We are so proud of our gymnasts who competed at the AAU National Championships held in Orlando at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex last weekend! With over 2600 athletes competing, our girls did great! Many girls posted personal best individual event scores, as well as all-around scores. Ryleigh, Level 3, won Silver on bars, just missing the Gold by 0.025!

GREAT PLACE for kids! Tumbling & trampoline, what more do kids love? Im this time of covid, we're all looking for activities for kids that they can use up all that energy! GTFL also has camps for the kids on days off or breaks! I know they also offer cheerleading & martial arts classes/activities too.

The first complimentary class was great. The instructors were professional and kind and we were excited for him to begin Judo. My son has low self esteem, anxiety, and adhd. We were hopeful this would help him focus, learn self discipline, and build confidence. Tonight my son was completely demoralized and no longer wants to do martial arts. The owner/instructor barked wrong, wrong, wrong at my child when he didn't perform a skill as expected. This made my child anxious and he no longer wanted to participate.
