Mr wood is gone above and beyond what was needed. Very professional. He answered all my questions. He provided me with everything I needed. I would recommend Mr wood to anyone that is in need of insurance. So many of the Medicare insurance companies will not answer questions honestly. So far I've been very happy with my Florida Blue coverage. I asked for a list of service providers within the group and Mr wood provided it.
