Awful. Poor communication, unprofessional, scammy. Yes, you get your good, cheap insurance but with TONS of stipulations. I'd rather have no insurance at all or deal with the medicaid office than these people. The poor communication caused me to be charged $425 more than my original $30 premium. I was on the phone with market place and BCBS literally ALL day trying to get it fixed before I decided it was best to cancel the insurance to avoid any more damage. If you enjoy constant stress, this is the third party insurance company for you. If not, run for the hills!

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. WE SIGNED UP FOR PRIVATE INSURANCE AND ONLY RECEIVED SOME BOBO LIFE INSURANCE. THEY ARE STILL BILLING OUR CREDIT CARD AND WONT GIVE US THE INFORMATION TO CANCEL. OUR REP TASHAUD HAS NOT CALLED US BACK SINCE WE SET UP THE PLAN THREE MONTHS AGO. THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND EVERY TIME YOU CALL. PLEASE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS!!!!! I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BBB. I AM YOUNG AND SAAVY AND CANT EVEN IMAGINE HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY HAVE SCAMMED.

Signed up for insurance through Joe, who said he was working the market place government insurance. He enrolled me in dental and vision along with my medical saying I had to get the whole package to get my medical at the price of $66.26 per month. So I was charged$149 for dental and vision I really didn't even want, plus the $66.26 for the medical, which come to find out through an actual market place representative I could have gotten that without the dental and vision coverage. So I've now canceled the dental and vision for January, and I'm out about $500 for money paid into a policy I never

I had put off getting health coverage for months. If I had known that I'd get the most amazing customer service from Mona at insurancecarenow.com I would have called a long time ago. Mona was incredible! She was unbelievably helpful and friendly and really took her time to find the best policies for me and my budget. I'm beyond happy with my health care coverage plan and already feel such a relief lifted off my shoulders. Insurance Care Now is a 10 out of 10, would recommend!

He has been very responsive throughout the process (both email and by phone) and has taken great care in answering my many questions.
